Professor Ge Ying'en has been invited to serve as the Associate Editor of the internationally renowned academic journal "Transport Policy"

Recently, the world's publishing giant Elsevier has sent a letter inviting Professor Ge Ying'en from our university to serve as the Associate Editor of the internationally renowned academic journal Transport Policy under their publication group.

 

The journal covers a wide range of topics, including analyses of transport policy and strategy, innovative policy and management practices, and the application of new theories and technologies. It welcomes original research or review articles on all modes of transportation.

 

Currently, the journal serves as the official publication of the World Conference on Transport Research Society (WCTRS) and is indexed in the Social Science Citation Index (SSCI) database, with an impact factor of 6.8 in 2022, placing it in the Q1 category of the Journal Citation Reports (JCR). In the latest edition of the Chinese Academy of Sciences' JCR upgrading table, the journal is classified as a 2nd tier journal in the broad discipline of Engineering and the specific disciplines of Economics and Transportation.

 

Professor Ge Ying'en has been serving as a member of the editorial board of Transport Policy since the spring of 2017. Currently, Professor Ge also serves as the Co-Editor-in-chief of Transportation Research Part D: Transport and Environment and as an editorial board member of mainstream transportation journals such as International Journal of Sustainable Transportation and China Journal of Highway and Transport.
