The University Launches the 2024 Fall "Dual-Choice Fair" to Visit Enterprises, Expand Job Opportunities, and Promote Employment

On October 17th, the 2025 graduating class of Chang'an University held a successful autumn job fair at the Zhaohui Stadium in the North Campus. During the dual-choice fair, the Party Secretary of the university, Chen Zhijian, the President, Sha Aimin, the Deputy Party Secretary, Li Kaiyi, and the Deputy Party Secretary and Discipline Inspector, Tao Jidong, visited the University's employment service point and negotiation area to understand the current employment situation of the graduates and to guide the University's further employment efforts.

The University has always placed a high emphasis on the employment of graduates and thoroughly implements the top leader project and all-staff project for employment work. The Party Secretary of the University, Shi Shaopeng, the Dean, Ge Yingen, the Deputy Party Secretary, Vice President, and Discipline Inspector, Wu Ximei, the Deputy Party Secretary, Li Ting, and the Vice President, Wang Ning, went deep into the job fair venue to understand the students' participation and signing situation, and conducted in-depth docking with employers to learn about their personnel needs, job supply, the job fit and career development of graduates after joining the company. They also listened to the employers' opinions and suggestions on the university's talent cultivation, major construction, and employment guidance services.
